Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Welding Professionals

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition.

Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lock 8 Equipment will examine the items(s) being returned and reserves the right to deny your return or the items(s) could be subject to a restocking fee.

Please submit any claims that you may have regarding your order to sales@lock8.ca for further review.

Refunds

Once your item(s) have been examined Welding Professionals will notify you of the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
